Cool! Sounds yummy. I've been cooking a lot lately. It helps to have someone to cook for. I love all the smells that come out of the apartment when I'm cooking. I even made a jambalaya this week!!

Thanks Shannon! If you want to email me a couple of your favourite recipes that would be great :) I also don't like precooking on Sunday's because I would much prefer to watch movies curled up on the couch.

You rock! What I do is I make a menu of 7 meals for the week and go grocery shopping. We eat out twice, so 2 of those go into the pantry generally (I only buy greens for 5 days). 2-3 of those planned meals have to be something that is QUICK. As in a stirfry or something that can be done in 10-15 minutes. Don't try to get all cheftastic in planning, it never works out. Start gradual and you will be able to stick with it. If you want healthy meals, I have a ton of them. I add precooked chicken and stuff to a lot of them for Ben, so I can send them on by. Some people say to precook on Sundays or something, but I have better things to do like play video games and knit and stuff ;)
