Aliens held me hostage…I swear.

I know it’s been a while since I’ve last updated and I could use the same old excuse that my life has been busy. It’s true but it sounds so mundane. So instead I’m going to say that I was abducted by aliens that kept me locked in a room while they probed and pricked me for the last month and let me out to play for a little bit last week. Just enough time to dash off a quick entry about my beloved’s birthday but that was about it.

Now I’ve returned to the world of the living. My project at work is wrapping up and my nights and evenings are starting to free up once again. It’s a wonderful feeling to be able to watch TV and not fret about how I really should be working.

Instead of returning to the online world, however, I’ve read about three books, caught up on heroes and watched a lot of Battlestar Gallactica.

Life has been good…I hope it’s been good for you too.
