Still no internet connection

It is now going on to day 7 without Internet access at home. My minor eye twitch has now escalated to burning sarcasm that seems to ooze out of my mouth and make customer service people cry when they ask me, yet again, if my modem is on.

They have promised that it should be working tonight. I don’t believe them.
