Snow

I slept in until almost 11 today. Mmmm I love sleeping. Afterwards I laid in bed with the pup and just gave her pets. She was all cuddly and warm and cute. Too bad that didn’t last because now her and the cat are having a barking vs meowing contest. Both animals are pissed off about the cold weather so this is how they entertain one another. Mind you it’s driving me nuts.
The weather outside is beautiful but cold. The snow is gorgeous but I have no shovel. I think I’m going to go outside and do some sweeping at least that will help a little bit. I’m debating heading down to get a shovel but to be honest all I want to do is stay inside where it is warm, listen to music, play with makeup, read and watch the snow fall. I will, however, get dressed and make the trek to get myself some breakfast. I’m craving Eggs Benedict and frankly I don’t cook. I should also hit up the grocery store to pick up some veggies, munchies and bottles of water. J is hopefully coming over later to watch Dune and Star Trek: Nemesis later tonight. I haven’t seen either one yet. Shame on me.
Why is it that whenever it is cold and snowy out I want to wear a skirt? Am I insane? Well screw it I’m going to wear one anyway because I’m an adult and can make poor decisions if I desire. Muhahaha.
I have a feeling that today is going to be a very good day.
