Falling

This weekend was busy and exhausting. Next weekend will be just as packed. I am waiting for a day to just relax and not do anything! I helped Ker move into her new condo…it’s a wonderful place but Sunday I was really feeling those staircases and my arms/shoulders were sore.

I did pick up my new glasses though and I bought some nice new bras. And with those two purchases my spending spree is now over. They were things I needed but I just always feel so guilty when I purchase anything that is over $100 at one place. It makes me twitch. When I get my income tax refund I plan on buying a waist cincher or maybe I’ll just save it all to put towards my trip to Cancun for my 30th birthday. Yup, I’m going to go away for this New Year’s Eve and my birthday. When I get back I may reserve a portion of a pub and invite a whole slew of people to come drinking to celebrate the big 30 or maybe not. I’ll see.

I’m really excited about turning 30 because my life is falling into place. I have met an amazing man, and I’m lucky to be blessed with friends who are both supportive and understanding. They are helping me in more ways then I can ever find to thank them. My 20s were all about the questions…and I feel that my 30s will be about finding the answers.
